_ Simple Present_  

•      Active =  S + V (s/es) + O (She speaks English everyday)

•      Passive = S + to be + V3 + O ( She doesn't speak English)

_Simple Past_

•      Active = S + Be + Was/Were + O/C (We were at school yesterday)

•      Passive =  S + Be + Was/Were +not +O/C ( We were not at school yesterday)

_Simple Future (Will)_

•      Active = Subject + will/shall + verb I + object ( he will met girl friend by seven o’clock )

•      Passive = Subject + am/is/are + not + going to + verb I + object  (President shall not at Nederland the day after tomorrow.)

_Present Countinous_

•       Active = S + Be + V1 + ing + O/C  ( They are playing badmintoon now)

•       Passive = S + Be + not + V1 + ing + O/C (They are not playing badmintoon now )

_Past Countinous_

•       Active = S + was/were + Ving ( He was watching television all afternoon last week )

•       Passive = S + was/were + NOT + Ving ( He wasn’t watching television all afternoon last week ) 

_Future Continous_

•      Active = Subject + will/shall + be + verb-ing + object (I will have been reading a news paper.)
•      Passive  =  Subject + will/shall + not + verb-ing + object (I will haven’t been reading a news paper.)

_Present Perfect_

•       Active = Subject + has/have + been + object ( you have eaten mine.) 

•       Passive =  Subject + has / have + not + been + object (she has not been to Rome.)

_Past Perfect_

•       Active = S + Had + V3 ( When my brother arrived , I had painted my motor cycle )  

•       Passive = S + Had + Not + V3 (When my brother arrived , I hadn’t painted my motor cycle) 

_ Future perfect_

•       Active =  Subject + shall/will + have + verb III + object ( I will have finis hed by 10am). 

•       Passive =  Subject + shall/will + not + have + verb III + object ( She will not have gone to school.)
